At SERVE Hospitality Group, a Tropical Smoothie Café franchisee, we are seeking a friendly, outgoing Crew Member who enjoys cooking and serving food and smoothies. This role will include preparing food and smoothies, serving customers, and ensuring the kitchen runs smoothly by following food safety regulations.

• Prepare menu items by following established recipes
• Serve customers quickly and with a friendly attitude
• Ensure correct serving temperatures and portion sizes
• Provide customers with information on ingredients, availability, and pricing
• Escalate any customer concerns to management
• Assist customers with payments
