Sr. IT Manager
We’re partnering with a growing organization to hire a Sr. Manager, Help Desk who isn’t afraid to roll up their sleeves. This Sr. Manager, Help Desk will lead from the front—owning escalations, guiding a team and driving structure across a complex hybrid environment. If you’re a builder, a fixer and a leader, this Sr. Manager, Help Desk role is your next move.
What You’ll Do:
- Serve as a hands-on Sr. Manager, Help Desk supporting daily operations
- Lead and develop a team of IT support professionals
- Standardize processes and improve service delivery
- Manage and coordinate efforts across multiple MSP partners
- Support Nutanix, on-prem and cloud-based environments
- Contribute to Azure migration and IT modernization efforts
What’s Needed?
- Prior experience as a Sr. Manager, Help Desk or IT support leader
- Strong technical background across hybrid infrastructures
- Experience with MSP oversight and vendor management
- Ability to thrive in evolving, fast-paced environments
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
