Role Snapshot

• Flexible Start Times: Choose from 5:00 AM, 6:00 AM, or 8:00 AM

• Pay: Starting at $36.83/hr. + overtime

What You’ll Do

• Plan, construct, modify, and repair parts, tools, and fixtures with precision

• Set up and operate manual and CNC machines , including EDM equipment

• Troubleshoot tools, perform tryouts, and recommend improvements

• Interpret engineering drawings and use software to create models and prototypes

• Use precision measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, optical comparators, etc.)

• Mentor and train junior team members

• Collaborate with engineering to enhance designs and processes

What We’re Looking For

• Experience: 6+ years in manual machining (job shop or machine shop)

• Technical Skills: Manual milling, boring, drilling, tapping, turning, threading

• Strong blueprint reading and basic trigonometry skills

• Proficiency with measurement tools (calipers, micrometers, comparators)

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Ability to pass a written and practical Toolmaker test

• Someone who can step in and contribute immediately
