In-Home HVAC Sales Representative Commission-Based

Are you a motivated, customer-focused sales professional looking to grow your income and career? Pass One Hour Heating & Air is looking for an In-Home HVAC Sales Representative to join our fast-growing team.

This is a commission-only role with unlimited earning potential, full benefits, and the support of a trusted brand. Youll meet with homeowners, evaluate their needs, and present HVAC solutions that make a real impact on comfort and efficiency.

What You'll Do:

Run qualified, company-generated leads

Conduct in-home consultations to assess comfort needs and recommend custom HVAC solutions

Present and sell systems and services with confidence and professionalism

Build rapport with customers and look for additional sales opportunities, including new clients and referrals

Coordinate with the install team to ensure a seamless customer experience

Provide follow-up to ensure satisfaction and earn future business

What Were Looking For:

Sales experience in HVAC or a home service environment preferred

Strong communication and relationship-building skills

Self-motivated with a desire to control your income

Comfortable working flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed

Must be able to work in attics and crawlspaces as part of home assessments

Valid drivers license with a clean driving record
