The Leadership Enablement Associate supports leadership effectiveness and execution discipline across The CAM Collective’s portfolio of Member Companies.
This role helps bring TCC-OS to life across the portfolio. TCC-OS is The CAM Collective’s practical adaptation of EOS, designed to support the needs of our Member Companies and the way TCC operates. This role helps ensure that Member Company leaders have the tools, structure, and support they need to operate effectively within TCC’s operating rhythm. The position focuses on facilitating execution, reinforcing accountability, and supporting leadership development in a way that is pragmatic, flexible, and useful.
