MedEx Ambulance is accepting applications for a highly motivated and clinically qualified Recruiter to advance its already growing team.
The EMS Recruiter works with the Operations Manager to achieve the following job goals:
- Attend EMS recruiting events such as career fairs, graduations, and special events.
- Updating recruitment websites, social media, and participating in professional networking.
- Pre-employment screening, job interviews, and making offers of employment.
- Implement new recruitment strategies
- Ensure compliance with State & Federal hiring laws
- Organize incoming candidates into appropriate onboarding programs

Education, Licensure & Certifications:
- High School graduate or General Equivalency Diploma (GED)
- National or State-licensed Paramedic (Preferred)
- National or State-licensed EMT (Required) & ability to obtain IDPH licensure
Other Requirements:
- Demonstrated knowledge and experience with social media networking and marketing
- Must be able to perform all essential job functions.
- Must complete a pre-employment screening
- Must complete EMS System Entry
