Patent Attorney, Agent, Counsel or Partner
Patent Prosecution Associate, Counsel, Junior Partner or Patent Agent - Chemistry
Our client is an Am law 200 firm, seeking a patent prosecution attorney with at least 5 years of experience for its IP practice in DC, Boston, Chicago, or Philadelphia. The salary range for an associate is $220k to $255k. Counsel salary is $260k.

- 5+ years of patent prosecution experience related to synthetic organic chemistry, biochemistry, and pharmaceutical sciences.
- Ph.D. in organic chemistry or a related field.
- USPTO admission required.
- State bar admission in jurisdiction of practice.
- Strong academic credentials and excellent research, writing and interpersonal skills.
- All candidates must be authorized to work in the U.S.
