What You'll Do:- Strategy & Innovation: Drive the execution of our Exceptional Candidate Experience Journey and build a roadmap for modern, tech-enabled recruiting.
- Business Partnership: Collaborate across HR, Operations, Marketing, and leadership to forecast talent needs and deliver measurable hiring impact.
- Process Modernization: Pilot AI tools like Microsoft Copilot, optimize workflows, and implement structured interview guides to boost efficiency.
- Data-Driven Decisions: Launch analytics dashboards using Workday Reporting to track pipeline health, hiring velocity, and candidate satisfaction.
- Team Empowerment: Coach and mentor, a high-volume TA team, fostering growth, accountability, and strategic influence.
- Experience leading TA transformation projects that improved speed, quality, and stakeholder satisfaction.
- Hands-on experience activating employer branding through storytelling, campaigns, or career site redesigns.
- Experience implementing AI tools or low-code platforms to automate and personalize recruiting.
- A success record building proactive pipelines for hard-to-fill roles using market intelligence and CRM tools.
- Proven record as a people developer, skilled in performance management, coaching, and team leadership.
