Associate Field Services Technology Manager

As an Associate Field Services Technology Manager , you will bring your technical skills to a hospitality company with an award-winning culture. On the Field Services Central region team reporting to Area IT Manager, you will support projects including IT CapEx, system vulnerabilities, hotel openings/conversions, and major hotel group events.
What you'll do during a typical day:
- This is a hotel-based position, and you will represent Hilton IT by attending Hotel Operations Meetings.
- You will help provide 7-day coverage at the property with 5-day work weeks on 8-hour shifts.
- Interact with hotel team, and if necessary, hotel guests/clients, to provide solutions and deliver Hilton's Customer Promise by supporting the technology needs of business operations.
How you'll collaborate with others:
- Project management experience implementing and leading departmental processes, procedures, and objectives to ensure success.
- Collaboration that brings positive partnerships with vendors, corporate IT teams, and hotel Team Members.
- Supporters of ongoing training and building a Culture of Learning.
- Problem solvers, who guide the department's progress and who advise on important issues to facilitate the way we make decision
Projects you'll take ownership of:
IT CapEx projects for the hotel including network upgrades, server/workstation refreshes.
What It Takes to Make the Stay
You have these minimum qualifications:
- Professional work experience in Technology or related field
- IT work experience in Hospitality
- Basic understanding of IT hardware, common software/operating systems, and fundamental networking concepts, including desktops/laptops, productivity tools, and basic connectivity troubleshooting.
- Travel up to 25%
It would be useful if you have:
- Bachelor's Degree, or Associate's Degree plus 6+ years of Technology related experience, or High School Degree/GED plus 12+ years of Technology related experience
- Three (3) + years of professional work experience in Technology or related field

Hilton offers its eligible team members a comprehensive benefits package to support their mental and physical well-being, so they can Thrive personally and professionally. The pay range for this role is $65,000 – $95,000 and is determined based on applicable and specialized experience and location. Subject to plan terms and conditions, you will be eligible to participate in the Hilton Annual Incentive (Bonus) Plan, consistent with other team members at the same level and/or position within the Company.
