Amazon Web Services (AWS) is seeking a Sr. CX Strategist, Special Projects with strong business acumen and high bar to join the AWS Private Pricing Programs and Experiences (3PX) team. 3PX was conceived from the belief that many current and future AWS customers can realize more value from cloud by deepening their relationships with the AWS Private Pricing Program, and this role will help drive the growth and scale of Private Pricing through cross-functional and highly-visible initiatives.
In role, you will drive growth of the Private Pricing Program by defining and delivering against strategies that transform how customers discover, engage with and choose Private Pricing in order to benefit from its value proposition. To do so, you will partner with stakeholder teams across AWS to assert your vision, drive consensus and bring your vision to life. Through this work, you will drive a deeper relationship with our customers and enrich our understanding of their needs. You will also increase the size of the Private Pricing customer base which, in turn, will fuel AWS growth. In addition, you will help scale the private pricing program by driving improvements to the customer experience to minimize friction and improve business outcomes for both the Customer and AWS. You will serve as CX bar raiser on planned updates and launches to ensure an optimal CX, current and future.

Key job responsibilities
- Define and drive strategies that transform how customers discover, engage with and choose the AWS Private Pricing Program
- As part of above, create and run new discovery and conversion points for customers to drive down-funnel conversion
- Continuously inspect and learn from metrics and anecdotes, and run experiments to get to learnigns and insights quickly in order to continuously improve
- Manage stakeholders and senior leadership to propose ideas, gain alignment and report on progress
- Serve as CX bar raiser on planned updates and launches to ensure an optimal CX, current and future.
Global Deal Strategy and Programs (GDSP) organization is responsible for the AWS Private Pricing Program, designed to offer AWS Customers access to commercial benefits in exchange for multi-year spend commitments. This program offers enterprise customers the opportunity to accelerate their cloud transformation journeys through multi-year cloud commitments with AWS, in exchange for commercial value through pricing, access to services, and opportunities to innovate with AWS.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
1. 6-8 years of experience in sales, marketing, or related field
2. Bachelor's degree or equivalent
Preferred qualifications
1. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
2. Ability to master complex concepts quickly and independently
3. Strong business acumen and tenacity; ability to work autonomously through ambiguity and complexity in a fast-moving environment to drive results
4. Ability to define and drive intuitive, seamless and customer-centric UX
5. Experience driving communications channels and delivering measurable success
6. Experience working directly with senior leadership

Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Experience managing cross-functional projects and initiatives
- 6+ years of experience in sales, marketing, or related field
- 2+ years of experience in customer experience (CX) strategy or design
- Demonstrated track record of developing and implementing customer-centric strategies
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience interpreting data and making business recommendations
- Experience effectively communicating complex concepts through written and verbal communication
- Experience working with fast-moving, high-performance teams and driving innovative solutions tailored to unique business environments

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $133,200/year in our lowest geographic market up to $220,200/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
