Finance Director
Tarvos Talent is partnering with a growing organization to identify a Finance Director for a fully remote opportunity. This high-impact role offers direct exposure to leadership and the ability to drive financial strategy and operational insight across multiple regions.
As the Finance Director, you’ll manage weekly BST utilization reporting, lead budgeting and forecasting, and oversee month-end variance and WIP analysis. You’ll provide daily regional performance snapshots, review the GL to understand performance drivers, collaborate on accounting impacts, and prepare MBR financials for three regions. This role also supports ad hoc
reporting, project trend analysis, and major project review updates.
The ideal candidate brings strong experience in forecasting, variance analysis, and regional financial reporting. Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with BST are highly preferred. We’re seeking someone who is highly responsive and proactive, communicates confidently, and builds strong relationships with leadership and cross-functional teams.
