Senior Manager, Growth & Owner Communications (Hybrid Opportunity)
Experience Required: • 8-10 years of progressive corporate communications experience; B2B stakeholder focus required (e.g., owners, developers, investors, franchisees). • Data-driven storyteller who can translate complex strategies and performance into clear, compelling owner value propositions. • Advanced writing and editing skills with proven ability to produce a wide range of materials and content (executive remarks, memos, newsletters, scripts). • High degree of personal and professional savvy to inspire confidence among audiences at all levels of the organization. • Proven ability to lead cross-functional projects with detailed timelines and multiple stakeholders. • Travel/tourism/hospitality experience a strong plus. Experience Preferred: • BA or BS in Journalism, Communications, Business, or Marketing • Proficient, solid working knowledge in Microsoft Office Suite • Visual storytelling skills are a plus • Ability to work in fast-paced environment with multiple internal clients, meeting deadlines, and be accommodating to urgent projects • Excellent networking and relationship-building skills and the ability to act with confidence while dealing with various levels and functions • Ability to travel globally as required (approximately 10-25%) The position responsibilities outlined above are in no way to be construed as all-encompassing. This position is also eligible to earn an annual bonus. The final pay rate/salary offered to the successful candidate will depend on experience, skill level and other qualifications for the role, as well as the location of the performance of work. Pay for the successful candidate will meet local requirements, including the local minimum wage rate.
