What You’ll Do

As our Assistant Sales Manager, you will:


  • Assist in developing and executing effective sales strategies for our full portfolio of safety solutions.

  • Lead and mentor a proactive sales team, driving performance and accountability.

  • Forge and nurture strong relationships with clients, understanding their unique needs and ensuring they receive tailored, effective solutions.

  • Collaborate with senior management to refine our sales approach and meet collective targets.

  • Represent FSS Technologies at industry events and client sites, traveling up to 20% of the time.

Qualifications:


  • Proven sales experience with strong leadership and team-building skills.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

  • Deep knowledge of fire alarm, CCTV, access control, and intrusion detection systems.

  • A demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

  • A bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; prior sales management experience is a plus.

  • Willingness to travel up to 20% as needed.

Salary & Compensation


  • Base Salary: Competitive Base Salary

  • On-Target Earnings (OTE): $150K - $200K

  • Uncapped earning potential
