Average producer: $60,000-$70,000
High producer: $70,000-$90,000
Top producer: $90,000-Plus

Responsibilities- Sell insurance products and grow the agency's book of business
- Leverage existing insurance knowledge to advise clients on the right coverage
- Build strong, lasting relationships with clients and colleagues in the office
- Contribute to a positive, high-performing team culture
- Active insurance license required
- Prior top performing experience in insurance sales required
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated with a track record of sales success
- Must be able to work on-site in Rockford, IL
- Ability to work flexible hours as needed, including some evenings and weekends.
- Consistent attendance and punctuality are essential.
