Employment Attorney Opportunity – Chicago (Hybrid)

A growing firm is seeking an Employment Attorney (5–7 years) to handle a range of workplace matters including employment litigation, compliance, and advisory work .
Salary: $230K–$315K
Hybrid schedule (Chicagoland preferred)
What you’ll bring:
Experience with employment laws (Title VII, ADA, ADEA, FLSA, etc.)
Background handling litigation (EEOC, IDHR, state/federal courts)
Strong drafting skills (agreements, handbooks, separation docs)
Collaborative mindset and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Bonus: Experience with M&A support, xrczosw labor matters, or class actions
