Machine Operator – All Shifts

Elgin/Carol Stream, IL
Pay: $19–$22/hr (based on experience & shift)
Schedule: Monday–Friday | Full-Time | All Shifts Available (1st, 2nd, 3rd)

Located in Elgin, IL , we are currently expanding our team and looking for reliable, hands-on individuals to operate machinery and support daily production. What You'll Be Doing:

• Set up and operate production machines safely and efficiently
• Monitor machines during operation and make minor adjustments as needed
• Inspect parts using measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges
• Maintain accurate production and quality records
• Perform basic machine maintenance and cleaning
• Follow all safety, quality, and company policies on the shop floor
• Work collaboratively with team leads, quality inspectors, and other operators

What We’re Looking For:

• Prior experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment preferred
• Basic mechanical aptitude and ability to use hand tools
• Ability to read and follow instructions, measurements, or simple blueprints
• Comfortable standing for extended periods and lifting up to 50 lbs
• Punctual, reliable, and ready to learn
• Available to work Monday through Friday on any shift
• Available for Overtime

Pay & Schedule:

Pay Range: $19–$22 per hour (depending on experience and shift)
Shifts Available:

• 1st Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:10 PM
• 2nd Shift: 3:00 PM – 11:10 PM
• 3rd Shift: 11:00 PM – 7:10 AM

All shifts are Monday through Friday Some overtime on weekend if needed.
