Job Summary
We are looking for individuals to join our client’s team as Receiving Specialist to support supply chain operations. You will support incoming shipments and internal logistics. The role requires professionalism, excellent communication skills, and the ability to handle physical demands associated with receiving and moving shipments.
Job Description
- Receive, inspect, and document incoming shipments accurately
- Communicate effectively with supply chain and internal teams regarding deliveries and discrepancies.
- Safely lift and carry packages regularly up to 30 lbs, and up to 50 lbs occasionally.
- Maintain an organized, clean, and safe work area.
Skills Required
- Strong customer service skills and professional demeanor.
- Punctual, reliable, and detail oriented.
- Physically capable of handling shipments up to 50 lbs.
- Experience in warehouse, logistics, or receiving is a plus but not required.
Additional Requirements
- Shift Time: 8AM-4:30PM Monday-Friday
- Dress code: work casual - no jeans - khakis or similar and a collared shirt.
