Lead / manager - bilingual

Job Title: 2nd Shift Lead / Warehouse Manager – E-Commerce Fulfillment (Bilingual)

Location: Bolingbrook, IL
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM, with a rotating weekend schedule
Pay: $22.00 – $25.00 per hour
Hours: 40–50 hours per week

Geneva Warehousing and Distribution is a fast-growing logistics and warehousing company specializing in e-commerce fulfillment . We partner with ShipBob to provide efficient fillfilment services for some of the nations leading online brands. We are looking for a strong, hands-on 2nd Shift Lead to join our leadership team and help drive productivity, safety, and accuracy on the floor.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, train, and motivate warehouse associates on the 2nd shift to meet daily performance goals.
• Oversee all e-commerce fulfillment functions including:
• Pick & pack operations
• Stowing and put-away
• Bin and shelf replenishment
• Order accuracy and shipment preparation
• Drive a sense of urgency and efficiency throughout the shift.
• Communicate effectively between shifts and departments to ensure smooth handoffs.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Monitor performance, track productivity metrics, and address any issues in real time.

Requirements:

• Bilingual – English and Spanish required.
• Previous leadership or lead experience in a high-volume warehouse or fulfillment center is a must!
• Reliable and dependable — strong attendance is a must.
• Excellent multitasking, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and lead by example.
• Basic computer and technology skills for order tracking and reporting.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
