As a Customer Service Representative at Fast Lane Laundry, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our customers have a seamless and enjoyable experience. Your responsibilities will include: - Greeting customers with a warm and friendly attitude. - Assisting customers with self-serve laundry machines and answering any questions they may have. - Managing drop-off wash, dry, fold, and bag services, ensuring orders are processed efficiently and accurately. - Coordinating pickup and delivery services to keep everything running smoothly. - Maintaining a clean and organized workspace to reflect our commitment to quality. - Addressing customer inquiries and resolving any issues with professionalism and care.
