Staff Architect

LaSalle Network is hiring for a Staff Architect with an industry leading company known for innovation, growth, culture, impact, etc. This is a remote Direct Hire opportunity supporting a growing platform architecture and integration strategy across cloud native services and enterprise platforms. The role is a high impact, high ownership position operating at both strategic and hands on levels.

• Define architectural direction for the core platform and integration capabilities

• Provide architectural ownership of Azure-based platform services, integration patterns, and service boundaries

• Guide engineering teams with technical leadership and mentorship

• Build integration frameworks to support a rapidly evolving integration landscape

• Help establish architectural standards focused on scalability and security

• Support AI first development practices, including AI first development guardrails

• Collaborate closely with product, engineering, and customers

Qualifications

• Platform / Cloud Architecture experience

• Integration Architecture experience

• AI First / Agentic Development Leadership experience

• Experience with technologies including Kafka, webhooks, iPaaS platforms, OAuth, and SSO (nice to have)

• Ability to provide technical leadership and mentorship across engineering teams

Key Details

• Employment Type: Direct Hire

• Compensation: $160,000 – $180,000

• Bonus Eligibility: Eligible to earn discretionary bonus
