About Us:
We are a high-volume breakfast restaurant focused on quality coffee, fresh food, and fast, friendly service. Our mornings are busy, and our team works together to create a smooth and welcoming experience for every guest.
Position Overview:
We’re seeking an energetic and dependable Barista who can occasionally step in to assist as a Host when needed. This role is ideal for someone who loves coffee, enjoys working with people, and can stay organized under pressure.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare high-quality coffee and espresso drinks quickly and consistently
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee/bar area
- Take and fulfill drink and small food orders
- Provide friendly and efficient customer service
- Assist with greeting and seating guests during peak times
- Help manage waitlists and answer phones when covering host duties
- Support team members to ensure smooth restaurant operations
Qualifications:
- Positive, upbeat attitude with strong customer service skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable learning or performing basic host duties
- Previous barista experience preferred (but not required)
- Early morning and weekend availability required
