The Role
The Salon Sales & Guest Experience Specialist oversees the daily operations of our salon and boutique while ensuring every guest enjoys a luxury experience. This role combines guest relations, sales leadership, and team development, with a clear path toward salon management. Key Responsibilities
- Greet and host guests, manage appointments, and oversee front desk operations
- Drive sales through upselling services, retail products, and boutique items
- Train, coach, and support guest services and salon assistants
- Monitor salon cleanliness, organization, and adherence to sanitation standards
- Manage retail and boutique inventory, orders, and audits
- Lead staff check-ins, team huddles, and assist with scheduling and PTO requests
- Partner with owner and marketing team on social media, events, and promotions
- Act as a role model, reinforcing salon values and supporting staff development
- Passion for beauty, fashion, and guest experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Sales-driven with attention to detail
- Tech-savvy and comfortable with salon systems & social media
- Energetic, organized, and team-oriented leader
- Schedule: Tues & Thurs 9:30–8, Fri 10–6, every other Sat 9–4
- Salary: $45,750 - $52,000 per year
