The Holiday Pop-Up Event Coordinator will oversee all aspects of planning, organizing, and executing our seasonal pop-up experience. This role combines creativity, organization, and leadership to ensure a seamless and memorable event for guests. The coordinator will work closely with vendors, staff, and marketing teams to bring the holiday vision to life — from concept to completion.

As an Event Coordinator, you’ll be responsible for managing all aspects of events, including planning, vendor coordination, day-of execution, and post-event follow-up. You’ll work closely with clients, staff, and vendors to ensure every detail is handled and every event runs smoothly.

This is a seasonal position with the potential to transition into a full-time role for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and manage day-to-day operations of the holiday pop-up.

• Coordinate event setup, décor, scheduling, and teardown.

• Supervise event staff and ensure exceptional guest experiences. assign roles and responsibilities as needed.

• Provide post-event reporting and recommendations for future activations.

• Collaborate with the team to promote the pop-up and drive attendance.

What We’re Looking For:

• 2+ years of event planning or hospitality experience (seasonal/retail pop-up experience a plus).

• Strong communication and client service abilities

• Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills

• Ability to remain calm under pressure and solve problems quickly

• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
