Reporting to the President, the Sales Assistant's duties will include a wide range of administrative support, primarily in releasing quotes -and coordination of information flow between management, sales, and engineering; ensuring accurate and timely delivery of information related to sales activity, customer interaction, structured quoting, overall project management status, confirming appointments and calendar schedule coordination, strong attention to detail.
This position requires a really high level of attention to detail and a solid customer-service orientation with outstanding communication skills.
Specific Duties may include, but not limited to:
*Quote Generation - Customer Follow up
*Coordination of the travel agendas, file preparation for sales calls, presentation development, documentation
*Microsoft Suite proficiency and bonus if NetSuite knowledge. Prepare expense reports, taking meeting notes
*Track, monitor and prioritize tasks and projects, collaborate with multiple parities of all levels and handle sensitive & confidential information
*Use of CRM/Netsuite
