Alembic Therapeutics, in partnership with ImpactBio, is launching Pivya, an FDA-approved oral antibiotic for uncomplicated urinary tract infections (uUTIs). With over 40 years of success in Sweden, Pivya is now entering the U.S. marketand we're building a high-performance sales team to support this launch.
As a part-time Territory Sales Representative (3 days per week), you don't need prior pharmaceutical sales experiencewe're looking for motivated, coachable individuals who are eager to learn, follow a proven sales model, and break into the industry. This role offers a structured, field-based schedule and is designed for high-potential candidates who want hands-on experience and a clear path into full-time pharmaceutical sales.
High performers who demonstrate strong sales results and consistent execution will have the opportunity to earn their way into a full-time role.
This role is with ImpactBio, a premier commercial partner in Life Sciences, with the potential to expand into a full-time opportunity or transition to Alembic Therapeutics based on strong performance.

Key Responsibilities
Promote Pivya to healthcare providers within your assigned territory Learn and execute a structured sales process and messaging strategy Build relationships with physicians, nurses, and office staff Apply training and coaching consistently in the field Execute a focused territory plan within assigned workdays Provide timely updates, insights, and field feedback to leadership Maintain full compliance with all company and industry regulations
What We're Looking For
Bachelor's degree required 13 years of sales or customer-facing experience (B2B, retail, service, or related) Strong interest in breaking into pharmaceutical or healthcare sales Proven work ethic and ability to deliver results in a performance-driven environment Coachabilitysomeone who takes direction well and applies feedback quickly Highly motivated, organized, and accountable Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently while following a defined sales plan Willingness to travel within territory during assigned workdays Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
Pharmaceutical experience is not requireddrive, attitude, and willingness to learn are.
