Restaurant Server – Tiny Tapp | Chicago Riverwalk
Tiny Tapp is hiring friendly, experienced servers to join our seasonal riverfront restaurant. We’re looking for team-oriented individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and are passionate about providing excellent service.
Responsibilities:
- Greet guests and provide attentive, friendly service
- Explain menu items and make food and beverage recommendations
- Accurately take orders, deliver food and drinks, and process payments
- Anticipate guests’ needs and respond promptly to requests
- Collaborate with the kitchen and bar teams
- Maintain clean, organized workstations and dining areas
- Follow food safety and sanitation standards
Qualifications:
- Illinois BASSET and accredited Food Handler certificates required
- Previous high-volume restaurant experience preferred
- Excellent communication and customer-service skills
- Ability to multitask and remain composed during busy service
- Evening, weekend, and holiday availability required
