Seeking an physician full cycle biller with more than 1 year experience.. Experience with any leading EMR (eCW, EPIC, NextGen, AllScripts, Cerner, Practice Fusion) is a plus.

This individual is accountable for ensuring the best practices for billing for their clients, collections and follow up, and denials management for the assigned practices and specialty service lines. Specific functional areas of responsibility may include but are not limited to: posting charges, posting payments, working clearinghouse rejections, working AR follow up for insurance, reviewing client reports, direct communication with client staff, sending statements, answering in-coming calls.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Maintains current and accurate aging, ensures optimal revenue collection and patient satisfaction with the billing experience, and ensuring compliance

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Firm understanding of physician billing practices and procedures
• Strong knowledge of reimbursement rules and methodologies for physician billing
• Excellent communication and organizations skills
• Working knowledge of Excel
• Working knowledge of CPT/ICD-10

Job Type: Full-time
