Frontend Engineer II

Amazon is investing in building a world class Advertising business. Our team, the Sales Product Engineering team is at the head of this growth to enable our sales teams deliver at scale. Our goal is to accelerate the manually intensive sales operations by building required services and self-service applications. This is a team with a focused initiative, looking for a motivated Frontend Engineers / FEE with a proven track record of building web applications and services at scale. You’ll be responsible for owning, designing and delivering highly scalable systems. We’re a fast-growing team with a very high focus from business to grow. You'll share your experience and technical acumen in order to drive technology decisions across our organization.
* Design and build systems from scratch.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- 3+ years of non-internship professional front end, web or mobile software development using JavaScript, HTML and CSS experience- 3+ years of computer science fundamentals (object-oriented design, data structures, algorithm design, problem solving and complexity analysis) experience
- Knowledge of professional software engineering & best practices for full software development life cycle, including coding standards, software architectures, code reviews, source control management, continuous deployments, testing, and operational excellence
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent
- Knowledge of agile development and best coding practices including peer code reviews, and unit testing
