Job Description: As a Case Supervisor at Healthcare Plus, you will oversee the coordination and delivery of in-home services to our clients. This role requires a compassionate individual with strong organizational skills and the ability to supervise and support caregivers effectively. Responsibilities:

• Staff client cases by matching caregivers with clients based on their individual needs and preferences.
• Supervise and support caregivers to ensure the highest quality of care and client satisfaction.
• Conduct regular assessments of client needs and update care plans as necessary.
• Maintain accurate documentation of client records and care plans.
• Provide leadership and guidance to caregivers, including training and ongoing support.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Participation in company-sponsored events and activities to foster camaraderie and teamwork.

Requirements:

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Must have valid Drivers License and reliable transportation.
• Previous experience in home healthcare, caregiving, or a related field is preferred.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Compassionate and empathetic approach to client care.
