Position Overview: Responsibilities: Carpentry experience must include: window & door installation, interior trim work, using an aluminum brake, cabinet and flooring installation, some framing work Fitting and installing window frames, doors, door frames, door hardware, interior and exterior trim using a carpenter's level, plumb bob, and laser levels Shaping or cutting materials to specified measurements, using hand tools, machines, or power saws Following established safety rules and regulations and maintaining a safe and clean environment Other duties as assigned Minimum Requirements: Works well with others and respects our client's and their homes Self-motivated individual who can prioritize and multi-task, work well under pressure, meet deadlines and is comfortable with identifying and solving problems. Professional Communication skills (clear, cordial communication style) High standard of integrity and professionalism Drug free at all times Qualifications: Experience installing windows and doors, particularly Pella products, is a strong advantage. Excellent organizational and communication skills. Strong attention to detail. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Commitment to safety and quality workmanship.
