POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead daily activities, coach, and mentor a team of software developers working with recent technologies.


• Collaborate with other departments to prioritize Enterprise Java Applications development needs.


• Perform code reviews to ensure high-quality results and that standards are being met.


• Provide management-level communications regarding project and team performance.
  
  

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

• Impeccable verbal and written communication skills!


• 15+ years of hands-on Java development experience.


• Bachelor's degree. Computer Science or Software Engineering majors are strongly preferred.


• Proficient in design patterns and strong experience in delivering enterprise solutions with Spring framework using Spring Boot, Hibernate, Security and MVC.


• Extensive experience in developing and consuming REST Web Services and working in a micro-services environment.


• Strong Front End developer skills using Java technologies and Angular.
