Sparkle Car Wash is growing, and we’re looking for a reliable, people-focused Assistant Manager to help lead our East Peoria team. At Sparkle, our people come first - from customers to teammates to leaders.
If you have retail, customer service, and leadership experience and want to grow in a fast-paced, team-driven environment , this role is for you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Site Manager and run the site when they’re off-site.
- Lead, train, and onboard team members.
- Handle opening, closing, and daily deposits with care.
- Ensure consistent operations and strong performance across shifts.
- Earn commission on personally sold club plans.
Compensation & Benefits:
- $18.00-$19.00/hour + Commissions.
- Commission on club plans (for all employees, including management).
- Clear growth path to Site Manager and District leadership roles.
