Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Civil engineering plan review
• Project oversight
• Effective communication skills for working with personnel, clients, contractors, and regulatory agencies
• Report writing
• Technical writing
• Staff management
• Budget and schedule management
• Colleague mentoring
• Business development support

Qualifications:

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering
• 7-10 years of civil engineering experience
• Registered Professional Engineer preffered

Required Skills and Experience:

• Excellent project/time management skills
• A desire and ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic, and flexible workenvironment
• Ability to manage multiple long-term projects and immediate tasksconcurrently
• Ability to work well on teams andindividually
