United Center – Suite Concierge
Part time / Evening, weekends & some daytime availability required
General Responsibilities:
Provide friendly and professional service to guests while operating the elevator or in other positions.
Provide each guest with a safe, comfortable, and enjoyable environment to view events at the United Center.

- Ability to adhere to scheduling methods and procedures
- Punctual, proactive, and accountable
- Candidates must be comfortable being active for an entire event (5+ hours).
Specific Duties:
- Maintain a fun, friendly, and safe environment in assigned sections
- Greet guests as they enter the arena with a smile
- Deliver outstanding customer service under a variety of circumstances
- Maintain a pleasant, friendly, and professional demeanor with guests and coworkers
- Operate elevators in a safe manner
- Document incidents and notify supervisors regarding issues that may require further attention
- Additional duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Team Member must be 18 years of age or older
- Highschool Education
- 2 Years of Customer Service Experience
- Must be available to work evening and weekend hours. Report time typically begin at 4:30pm on weekdays and can be any time on Saturdays and Sundays
- Must have availability to work holidays
- Must be punctual and able to comply with attendance standards
- Must be willing and able to comply with all grooming and uniform standards. Extreme hair color, extreme facial piercings, and facial or offensive tattoos are not allowed
Additional Information:
- Pay Rate: $16.85hr
- Average hours will not exceed 20 hours per week
- A candidate will be expected to hold a position for an entire event, including an elevator.
- Everyone must be comfortable being in a tight space for an extended period.
- Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions
- The position requires ability to stand for 3 quarters (¾) of the shift. The use of hands, stooping, kneeling, or reaching with hands may be required during a shift.
- The individual is required to walk up and down several stairs throughout the duration of the event.
- The individual may be required to work near moving mechanical parts, work in high, precarious places or work in outdoor weather conditions.
