**What You'll Do:**
+ Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies and/or emergency response activities as needed.
+ Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner within the retail or mall environment.
+ Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location, including both the business interior and surrounding perimeter areas.
+ Observe for suspicious activity and report any security-related concerns to the appropriate personnel.
+ Assist with access control by monitoring entrances and exits to help to deter unauthorized entry.
+ Support Allied Universal management and local law enforcement during incidents as directed.
+ Maintain detailed and accurate records of daily activities, incidents, and/or any unusual occurrences encountered during patrols.
**Minimum Requirements:**
+ Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
+ Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
