Midweight Designer
Do you want to step into bigger briefs and better work?
The bar we’re setting:
We’re looking for a midweight designerwith strong ideas, sharp craft and the ambition to make good work better.
This is a hands-on role for someone ready to step up. You’ll work across brand, campaigns, digital, editorial and social — turning clear thinking into distinctive design.
You’ll bring taste, pace and attention to detail. You’ll have a point of view, take feedback well and care about the standard of the work.

The Role
You’ll help shape brand-led work across identity, campaigns, digital, editorial and social. That includes reports and long-form content where structure, layout and typography matter, as well as social assets where pace, clarity and cut-through are key.
You’ll work closely with creatives, strategists and account teams to interpret briefs, explore design routes and bring ideas to life across a range of channels.
You won’t be expected to lead every project independently, but you should be ready to own defined tasks, manage your time well and present your thinking clearly.
