Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Business Analyst to join our team on a full-time basis. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business analysis, with a focus on identifying and implementing process improvements, analyzing data, and providing valuable insights to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct in-depth analysis of business processes, systems, and data to identify areas for improvement and optimization

- Collaborate with various departments and stakeholders to gather requirements and develop solutions to enhance business operations

- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track and analyze key performance indicators and provide recommendations for improvement

- Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity

- Utilize data analysis tools and techniques to identify trends, patterns, and insights to support decision-making

- Work closely with the IT team to ensure proper implementation and integration of new systems and processes

- Develop and maintain documentation of business processes, requirements, and solutions

- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve business processes and strategies

- Communicate findings and recommendations to management and stakeholders in a clear and concise manner

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field

- 2-3 years of experience in business analysis or a similar role

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

- Proficient in data analysis and visualization tools such as Excel, Tableau, or Power BI

- Experience with project management and process improvement methodologies

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work independently and in a team environment

- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously

- Real estate industry experience is a plus but not required
