Construction Operations Program Manager

We’re looking for a construction leader who can coordinate people, plans, and budgets—then bring it all together safely and on schedule.
What you’ll own
- End-to-end oversight of construction projects: scope, cost, schedule, quality.
- Cross-functional collaboration with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to deliver per spec.
- Regular site presence to verify progress, remove roadblocks, and keep crews productive.
- Full control of project paperwork—contracts, change orders, RFIs, and progress reports.
- Clear communications to stakeholders: status updates, risk flags, and action plans.
- Nonstop focus on safety and quality compliance throughout the build.
- People leadership: set expectations, coach, and celebrate wins.

Bring this to the table
- Bachelor’s in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.
- Track record as a Construction Project Manager (or similar capacity) delivering successful projects.
- Working command of construction means and methods, materials, and the legal/regulatory landscape.
- Top-tier communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
- Fluency with project management software and digital tools.
- Comfort juggling multiple projects and deadlines without losing precision.
- Resourceful problem-solver with sharp attention to detail.
