We are currently seeking a passionate and experienced General Manager (GM) to lead a full-service restaurant in this dynamic area.

General Manager
$100,000 per year (+bonus, benefits, and much much more)

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations, ensuring seamless service and product delivery.
• Lead and develop the FOH team, ensuring policy adherence and exceptional guest service.
• Partner with kitchen leadership to manage budgets, increase sales, and control costs.
• Conduct staff recruitment, training, and scheduling to build a high-performing team.
• Maintain the safety, security, and cleanliness of FOH areas and facilities.

Qualifications

• 5+ years’ experience in full-service restaurant management.
• Strong leadership and decision-making skills.
• Familiarity with management systems like Micros, Hotschedules and Restaurant 365
