Recruiter (Bolingbrook)
About the Role
PROMAN Staffing is seeking a service‑driven Recruiter to support candidate intake, hiring, onboarding, and client service. In this fast‑paced role, you’ll manage applicant flow, ensure accurate compliance documentation, and help place employees in industrial and light‑industrial roles while maintaining strong relationships with clients and team members.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist applicants with job applications and hiring documentation.
- Screen and evaluate candidates, conduct orientations, and facilitate client‑specific testing.
- Communicate job expectations clearly and ensure accurate assignment details in Avionté.
- Process weekly payroll accurately and maintain up‑to‑date employee records.
- Manage daily client communication, including order updates, call‑offs, and arrival confirmations.
- Resolve issues promptly, escalating as needed to branch leadership.
- Visit client sites to understand job duties and enhance placement accuracy.
- Maintain a professional, organized, and customer‑friendly branch environment.
Requirements
- Strong PC skills (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Excellent communication, organization, and customer service abilities.
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast‑paced environment.
- Dependable, adaptable, and able to make quick decisions.
- Avionté ATS experience preferred; bilingual English/Spanish may be required.
- Ability to work in office and occasionally at client sites, with some walking and light lifting.
- High school diploma required; AA degree preferred.
