• We are hiring immediately for a full time RETAIL SUPERVISOR position.

Job Summary

Summary: Assists in the efficient operation and customer service of the retail department. Supervises retail staff and ensures sanitation, safety, and compliance with departmental policies. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Supervises retail food service staff to meet policies and presentation standards.
• Train food service staff in customer service, safety, sanitation, and cashiering.
• Schedules food service staff; mentors and evaluates performance.
• Monitor customer satisfaction and address concerns as needed.
• Handles cash and completes reports, including inventory and production records.
• Complete required reports and meet deadlines.
• Assists with menu planning and ordering.
• Opens and closes department per security protocols.
• Ensures compliance with safety, sanitation, and health regulations.
• Manages cleaning and chemical use per guidelines.
• Performs additional tasks as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Education/Experience: High school diploma (GED preferred) with 1-2 years

related experience or training, including supervision of food service operations. Skills: Strong interpersonal, communication, and guest relation skills. Ability to read, comprehend, and write simple instructions and correspondence. Analytical skills for problem-solving, task evaluation, and organization. Ability to operate necessary POS systems and cash-handling using basic math skills as necessary.

Certifications: Food Handlers Card or SERV Safe certification required.
