• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Strong phone communication skills and people skills.
• Accuracy in handling bills, quotes, and timelines.

• Experience with Field Service Management systems.
• QuickBooks experience.
• Professionalism, reliability, and a strong personality.
• Ability to handle jokes and maintain a sense of humor.

Work Environment

This role is based in an office environment, Monday to Friday, from 8 AM to 4:30 PM.

Job Description

You will communicate with clients, technicians, and vendors to facilitate efficient service delivery.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with clients to set up appointments and address any concerns.
• Process payments and manage related paperwork.
• Coordinate scheduling for preventative maintenance, service contracts, and emergency service calls.
• Engage with technicians to dispatch them for service calls and provide necessary details.
• Prepare and send quotes, order parts, and handle accounts payable for parts ordered.
• Prepare customer work for billing and manage invoicing tasks.
• Ensure accuracy in billing, quoting, and timeline management.
• Provide excellent customer service, especially when dealing with billing issues or service complaints.

Job Type & Location

This is a Permanent position based out of McHenry, IL.

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00/hr.
