Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement engaging activity programs that cater to diverse interests and abilities

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to identify resident needs and preferences

• Plan and execute resident events, outings, and social gatherings

• Encourage resident participation and build strong relationships with our residents

• Maintain accurate records and reports of activities, resident participation, and outcomes

• Develop and manage budgets for activities and events

• Coordinate with vendors and outside agencies to provide exceptional experiences for our residents
