The mission
Ensure robotic and automated systems are installed correctly, programmed thoughtfully, and maintained to run safely and reliably—on our floor and at customer sites—so manufacturers can achieve higher throughput, consistency, and innovation.
How you’ll make an impact
- Be an Ideal Team Player : humble collaborator, self‑driven learner, and people‑smart partner.
- Commissioning & Startups : install, configure, and test robots and automation per engineering specifications; support on‑site launches at customer facilities.
- Service & Reliability : perform preventative maintenance; troubleshoot robotics, PLCs, HMIs, and integration issues to minimize downtime.
- Programming Excellence : assist with programming, calibration, and optimization to improve performance and safety.
- Safety, Documentation & Teaming : keep meticulous logs and schematics updated; champion safety standards; collaborate with engineers and project managers throughout implementation.
What you bring
- Deep interest in industrial robotics and automation systems
- Comfort with PLCs, HMIs, and robot interfaces (Fanuc, ABB, Yaskawa)
- Skill programming industrial vision (FANUC, Cognex, Keyence, etc.)
- Mechanical/electrical aptitude, including pneumatics
- Structured problem solving and analytical thinking
- Ability to interpret drawings, schematics, and manuals
- Strong communicator and cross‑functional collaborator
- Detail orientation with a quality and safety mindset
- Organized, able to manage multiple concurrent efforts
Background we value
- Associate degree or technical certificate in Robotics, Industrial Automation, Mechatronics, or related field
- 2+ years of robotics experience in manufacturing/automation
- Hands‑on integration, troubleshooting, and maintenance experience
- Awareness of risk assessments, safety protocols, and industrial standards
- Valid driver’s license and readiness to travel
Travel
Up to 40% travel to customer locations as project needs dictate.
Compensation
The listed salary range is a good‑faith estimate. Final compensation will be based on your specific skills, experience, and certifications.
