LaSalle Network is working with a growing client hiring for a detail-driven Billing Coordinator in Niles, IL! This Billing Coordinator role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys cross-functional collaboration, and takes ownership of accurate, timely billing.
What you’ll do (Billing Coordinator):
Review job tickets to ensure all documentation is complete and billing-ready
Perform three-way matching across job details, shipping documents, and pricing
Generate and distribute accurate customer invoices
Reconcile postage using USPS reports and resolve discrepancies
Partner with Sales and Account Managers to confirm billing accuracy
Monitor WIP reports to ensure timely billing
Maintain organized billing documentation and records
Support billing adjustments with proper approvals
What’s needed (Billing Coordinator):
2+ years of billing, invoicing, or accounting support experience
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Experience with reconciliation and discrepancy resolution
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment
Proficiency in Excel and billing systems
Strong communication and collaboration skills
