Hiring Range: $104,276 - $126,000 (+/- DOQ)
Full Salary Range: $104,276 - $158,186
Benefits: IMRF eligible, health insurance including medical, dental, vision, life, flexible spending accounts for medical, dependent care, and commuter, optional 457 plan participation, paid holidays, paid vacation, sick leave, and personal days, tuition reimbursement, PSLF eligible.

Required Knowledge and Skills:
- Project design and management principles and techniques.
- Interpreting maps, plans and specifications, graphs and statistical data.
- Preparing clear, concise and complete technical documents, reports, correspondence and other written materials.
- Project and contractor management.
- Understanding and applying federal, state and local laws, regulations, policies, procedures and standards pertaining to engineering and construction.
- Presenting on technical, detailed engineering design, and related project development.
Required Experience, Certificates, License and Registrations: The successful candidate must possess a bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, valid driver’s license, and have a minimum of three (3) years of experience in project management and design. A State of Illinois Professional Engineering license (PE) is required; otherwise, applicants must demonstrate the ability to obtain this license within twelve (12) months of employment.
