About the Job:
Gunzo's Hockey Headquarters, one of the oldest hockey equipment retailers in the Chicago area, is seeking enthusiastic full-time and part-time Retail Sales Associates. With three locations in River Forest, Morton Grove, and Chicago, candidates who are flexible and willing to work at multiple locations are strongly encouraged to apply.

- Welcome customers with a friendly greeting and offer assistance.
- Guide customers to the equipment or apparel they need.
- Provide information on products and services to advise customers.
- Assist with sizing and product selection, offering suggestions and opinions on fit and appropriate use.
- Document sales and process payments using our point-of-sale system.
- Handle customer inquiries over the phone.
- Stock, organize merchandise, and create displays.
- Maintain the cleanliness of the store and equipment.
- Contribute to the team effort by completing related tasks as needed.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Knowledge of hockey and related equipment.
- Ability to meet customer needs through effective selling.
- Strong people skills and high energy level.
- Dependability and general math skills.
- Clear verbal communication.
- Thorough job knowledge.
- Must be 18 years old or older.
