Yes Posting Number ST000833 Position Title Conference Services Student Assistant Department Conference Services & Fine Arts Division Supervisor Christopher Drennan Supervisor Title Director of Conference Services & Fine Arts Description of Job Duties Assist a variety of external groups utilizing College property for their events under the jurisdiction of the Office of Conference Services and under direct supervision of a College staff member. Work Responsibilities Include, But Are Not Limited To- Setting up tables, chairs and other event equipment, and removing the same.
- Helping external groups with using the College venues in accordance with a pre-arranged plan and consistent with common safe practices.
- May also include managing event attendees.
- Assist with other event management as needed by the characteristics of the event type.
- Serve as a distinguished representative of North Central College at events.
