Front of House Staff

Kouklas Greek Eatery is a chef-driven, contemporary Greek restaurant rooted in warm hospitality, exceptional food, and genuine connection while providing a shared dining experience for our guests. We are seeking passionate Front of House team members to join us as we prepare for our Summer season in Niles, IL . After a successful opening we are excited to be opening our patio. With our ability to accommodate more guests we are looking to expand our already wonderful service team.

We are hiring for full-time positions including:

• Servers

• Bartenders

• Barbacks

• Food Runners

• Full-time availability , including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  (Hours of Operation 5-10pm, Tues-Sun, Closed on Mondays.)

Bartenders: Prepare cocktails with precision and personality while maintaining bar organization. Providing exceptional service to our bar patrons that may choose to dine there as well.
Barbacks: Support bartenders with setup, restocking, and maintaining bar cleanliness. Focus attention during service on the guests at the bar including providing water, changing plates, and making coffee.
Food Runners: Understand and be able to describe each menu item when presenting it to a table.
