Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and tech-savvy Commercial Lines Processing Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of policy transactions while supporting underwriting and audit teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Process transactions for all Commercial Lines policies, including quotations, new business issuance, policy changes, renewals, and premium audits.
• Perform data entry, rating, coding, verification, and attach required forms for all policies.
• Collaborate with underwriting and audit staff to ensure accuracy and completeness of transactions, delivering high-quality products to customers.
• Train team members on rating processes and related functions.
• Handle complex and specialty rating transactions with precision.
• Complete required data reporting to bureaus and ensure accuracy of submitted information.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; strong typing skills (45 WPM with 90% accuracy or higher); adept with technology and data entry.
• Experience: Minimum 6 months in an office setting.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred but open

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $19.50/hr.
